What is this?
This special meeting is being called to hold a vote to approve our updated By-Laws. The changes to the By-Laws are needed so that we can apply for our 501(c)(3) status with the Federal IRS.
The current OFRA By-Laws may be downloaded

The proposed OFRA By-Laws may be downloaded
Proposed OFRA By-Laws (Vote to approve will be held 10-10-2018.)
If time permits, we'd like to discuss openings on the board of directors and giving some relief to those who have served for a long time (aka recruit new board members)! If you'd like to serve as an OFRA Board Member, please bring your questions and ideas.
The conversation can continue at the urban farm tour and reception at Guilford Gardens, which is part of the Organic Oklahoma Conference upon which we are piggy-backing.
